TOURNAMENT PLAY: Shotgun start at 1 PM. The team selects the best drive of the four, plays their second shot from that point, and proceeds until the ball is holed out. 

If you select a ball in the rough, sand trap, or hazard, all four balls must be played from that position. EVERY HOLE SCORE IS A BOGEY MAX!

Men play from the Blue tees, and women play from the Red tees.

Mulligans can be used on any shot.

String is used to hole out putts; You can use the full length (1-foot) for 5 putts.

The tournament typically ends between 6-7 PM, pending weather delays. We ask that all sponsors remain at their location until the last foursome has gone through.

Sponsors are required to purchase ALL ALCOHOL and food through the course. 

Soft drinks and snacks provided by the Farmhouse are allowed with the matching amount to serve and the same amount to be donated to the course. If you have any questions, please see the link below and contact the staff at the Farmhouse.

SPONSOR EXPECTATIONS – Max of 4 company reps per hole—no exceptions. Sponsors are required to stay at their location with the exception of clubhouse breaks, only players are allowed on the course during the tournament.

Sponsors receive one golf cart for the day. No other motorized vehicles or trailers are allowed on the course. Maintain tournament pace at all times, keep games or contests to a few minutes to not delay the time of play. NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED! Any sponsors who bring in food, or defy the expectations set by the RMPCA and Raccoon Creek will not be allowed to sponsor the following year.
